The BeltConveyor, is a continuous transport system consistingon a frame and a continuous rubber belt that moves between two rotative drums. Itis driven by anelectric motor connected to a gearbox which transmit the rotative movement to the driving drum, that drags the corresponding belt and transporting the product on it.

In our facilities, the belt conveyors transport the gypsum for filling the storage silos, or for feeding the Plaster/Anhydrite rotative kiln, whether it is indirect fire or direct fire.

** Installed power depending on the length (A) and inclination of the belt.

Admitted products: Raw plaster, calcium carbonate, limestone, clays, feldspar, sepiolite, siliceous sands … to transport other materials consult the manufacturer.

AIRSLIDE

An Airslide is one of the systems for transport Plaster, Plaster of Paris and Anhydrite II when these products have powder size, it is used in short and long distances, and it is more efficient and have less maintenance than other systems in the industry.

Only is necessary the Airslide itself, a low pressure air provided by a fan, and a mínimum slope in the Airslide.

The Airslides TRC-MONTERDE are not just designed for the Plaster, Plaster of Paris and Anhydrite transport; but for many other products in powder or granulated up to 1 mm size.

 

It is composed by the following parts:

  • A housing splitted in two halves, made of 3mm thickness Steel, in the middle of the two halves there is polyester fabric which separate the housing in two ducts. The higher duct is just for the product flowing, and the lower one is for the fluidification air.

  • Inlet nozzle.

  • Outlet nozzle.

  • Inspection Doors.

  • Fan.

Dosing and Transport

The dosing and transport systems by MONTERDE are designed for moving in a controlled way the different products that are involved in the complete process to obtain plaster, plaster of Paris, anhydrite, perlite and derivatives.

The selection among the different transport systems depend on the zone of the process, either crude crushing, calcination, grinding and classifying, mixing or bagging and palletising.

The dosing and transport systems TRC-MONTERDE are designed for any product granulated or powder (carbonate, clay, arids, and so on…).
