The Rotative Valve, is a machine designed for unloading storage units, such us hoppers or silos, in a controlled way, and keeping the tightness in them, or in the equiptment feed. They are specially indicated for dehydrated mineral Plaster, Anhydrite and also for the dosage of Perlite.

It is composed by the following parts:

  • Motor-gearbox, and direct pinion-chain drive.
  • A casing made of cast gray-iron.
  • A rotor with steel blades.
  • A detachable safety cover for the drive.

MONTERDE Rotative Valves are valid for any product, granulated, fine or powder.

BUCKET ELEVATOR

A Bucket elevator is a machine designed for the vertical transport of gypsum, plaster or plaster of Paris, either before or after the rotary kiln for Plaster, Plaster of Paris and Anhydrite II, it in a direct fire or indirect fire kiln.

It is composed of the following parts:

  • Arc Welded Steel buckets.

  • Double chain made of cemented steel rod.

  • Forged steel eyebolts.

  • Machining Steel wheels.
  • Shaft rotating on bearing for the upper and  lower wheels.

  • Automatic counter-weight tensioning system for the chains.

  • Metallic self-supporting housing, with inspection doors  head and boot made of steel.

  •  Drive Support.

  • Drive with motor, gearbox with anti-return system and elastic.
  • Pulleys and belts.
  • Drive safety covers.
  • Maintenance platform on the head
  • Pneumatic drivendiverter when necessary.

The bucket elevator MONTERDE are designed for any  granulated product or powder (carbonate, clay, arids, and so on…).

TRANSPORT CAPACITY: will vary depending on the passage between buckets.

Disc Dispenser

DISC DISPENSER

A Disc Dispenser is a machine that discharges the silos or hoppers of raw gypsum, which shall be calcined in a rotary kiln, to obtain plaster, plaster of Paris or Anhydrite II, either in a direct fire or indirect fire kiln.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF DISC DISPENSER 

NOTE: Apparent density of the product = 1.2 g / cm3.

OPTIONAL: Integral hood for weathering.
