The majority products that commonly are dosed are:
Plaster / Plaster of Paris (Semi-hydrate).

It is made of steel plate.
It contains the following parts:
Hopper with an inspection door, and a sleeve for ventilation.
Screw conveyor sized according to the required transport capacity, and a tubular housing made of carbón steel.
Drive by a motor-gearbox.
Pneumatic valve to discharge.
Level Switch.

The dosing threads include a butterfly gate and a frequency variator to regulate the discharge.
Weigher for weigh the additives involved in the mixture, either pure additives or premixed.
The weigher is installed in an isolated steel structure, mounted on rubber mounts with antivibrations to improve the accuracy of the weight of the product.
It consists of the following parts:
A Hopper from 10 to 25 litres made of stainless Steel plate, with BA inner surface.
Pneumatic valves for discharging.
Stainless steel lid with inlet nozzles for each product to be weighed.
Flexible connections in all the inlets and in the outlet.
Load cells.

Vibrator to facilitate the discharge of the additives to the mixer.
