MAJORITY DOSING UNIT MIXING PLANT

The majorities dosing unit doses the corresponding product in the majority weigher.

The majority products that commonly are dosed are:

  • Plaster / Plaster of Paris (Semi-hydrate).

  • Anhydrite II.

  • Lime.

  • Calcium carbonate.

  • Vermiculite.

  • etc

It is made of steel plate.

It contains the following parts:

  • Hopper with an inspection door, and a sleeve for ventilation.

  • Screw conveyor sized according to the required transport capacity, and a tubular housing made of carbón steel.

  • Drive by a motor-gearbox.

  • Pneumatic valve to discharge.

  • Level Switch.

Additives Weigher Mixing Plant

ADDITIVES WEIGHER MIXING PLANT

Weigher for weigh the additives involved in the mixture, either pure additives or premixed.

The weigher is installed in an isolated steel structure, mounted on rubber mounts with antivibrations to improve the accuracy of the weight of the product.

It consists of the following parts:

  • A Hopper from 10 to 25 litres made of stainless Steel plate, with BA inner surface.

  • Pneumatic valves for discharging.

  • Stainless steel lid with inlet nozzles for each product to be weighed.

  • Flexible connections in all the inlets and in the outlet.

  • Load cells.

  • Sum box.

  • Vibrator to facilitate the discharge of the additives to the mixer.

Majoritary Weigher Mixing Plant

MAJORITARY WEIGHER MIXING PLANT

Weigher for the majoritary products which are part of the required formula. It is built as a hopper to facilitate the charge and the discharge.

The majority products to be mixed, that commonly are part of the formulas are:

  • Plaster / Plaster of Paris (Semi-hydrate).

  • Anhydrite II.

  • Lime.

  • Calcium carbonate.

  • Vermiculite.

  • etc

It contains the following parts:

  • A Hopper made of carbon steel, with a total capacity from 1.000 to 5.000 litres, with maximum level switch to limit the capacity of filling, and some fluidizers to facilitate the discharge.

  • Lid with many inlets as products to weight.

  • Inspection door in the lid.

  • Pneumatic valves for discharging.

  • Fluidizers at the bottom to facilitate the discharge.

  • Filtering sleeve for ventilation.

  • Flexible connections in all the inlets and in the outlet.

  • Support structure for the unit.

  • Load cells mounted over a reinforced frame.

  • Security chains.

  • Sum box.
