HAMMER MILL

The hammer mill MONTERDE is a machine designed for:

  • Grinding both, the gypsum up to a suitable granulometry for feeding the Plaster, Plaster of Paris or Anhydrite kiln, wether direct fire or indirect fire kilns.

  • Grinding plaster, plaster of Paris or Anhydrite to the suitable granulometry according to the final purpose/use of the product.

It contains the following parts:

  • Shaft – Rotor for the hammers mounted on bearings.

  • Hammers made of manganese cast iron.

  • Outlet grid or sieve.

  • Inertial Wheel.

  • Pulley.

  • Safety covers on the inertial wheel and the drive.

  • Rails for mounting the motor and tensioning the belts.

  • Safety switch with electromagnetic locking key for safe maintenance opening.

  • Product distributor at the inlet.

  • Metal support base with screw clamps for fixing the mill.

  •  Rubber joint between the metal support base of the mill, and its chassis.

The hammer mill MONTERDE, are not just valid to grind Plaster and Anhydrite, also can be grinded any product in powder or granulated with the entrance grain size and suitable hardness.

Output production and granulometry will depend on the meshes of the probabilistic screen installed in a closed circuit next to the mill (see closed circuit diagram).

Pin Mill

PIN MILL

The Pin mill, is a machine designed for grinding products to a granulometry from 0 to 200 micron, as a part of a closed circuit with a windwirl separator.

Our pin mill, is specially designed to grind plaster and plaster of Paris. They are made of carbon steel plate 20 mm thickness, electro welded and lining internally with shield plates with concentrical pins made of manganese steel.

It is contains the following parts:

  • Access door to the internals with lateral hinges.

  • Product inlet with simple port

  • Rotary cage to prevent the inlet of weird bodies.

  • Rotor made of wear resistant Steel, with pins forming concentric circles and shaft turning on bearings.

  • Outlet grid made of perforated steel plates.

  • Machining frame for mounting the outlet grids.

  • Fan for cooling the bearings.

  • Safety covers on fan and on drive.

  • Safety switch with electromagnetic locking key on the access door.

  • Rails for mounting the motor and tensioning the belts.

  • Metallic support baseframe with screw clamps for fixing the mill.
  • Rubber base between the base flange of the mill and the frame.

The pin mills MONTERDE are not only designed to grind Plaster, Plaster of Paris and Anhydrite, but other products with the proper granulometry and hardness.

Vibranting Screen

VIBRANTING SCREEN

A vibranting screen is a machine, closed and waterproof, that selects through sieves and the effect of self vibration, so that classify the product according to the required granulometry.

It contains these parts:

  • One or two sieves

    • The upper one can be made grid type with variable opening if necessary

    • The lower one with 8 mm opening mesh.

  • Suspension springs.
  • Rear inspection door.
  • One vibrator.
  • Rubber flexible connections at the inlet and at the outlets
  • Heavies granulometry chute with the same dimensions as the product inlet of the mill

  • Light granulometry chute built with special slope to avoid cloggins because of sticky nature of some materials.

The screens MONTERDE are not just valid to select Plaster and Anhydrite, according its granulometry. Also they can be used for any product in powder or granulated, with a suitable entrance.
